**Punctuality:** We kindly request that clients are no more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment. Arriving beyond this window may result in rescheduling or a reduced service time to ensure we can accommodate all clients promptly.

**Deposit Policy:** A deposit equivalent to one-half of the service amount is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied towards your total service cost on the day of your appointment.

**Cancellation Policy:** For cancellations or rescheduling, we ask for advance notice. If an appointment is cancelled at the last minute or on the day of the appointment, one-half of your deposit will be retained to cover the inconvenience and loss of appointment slot.
